The Small Town Hippo

Story: 

A Lonely hippo carried a long frown, bigger than the rest he was shunned by the small town. On this night there was a town party for all to attend, the big hippo couldn't wait to make some friends. The big hippo came in so very happy... but everyone looked at him kind of snappy. The town folks were being oh so mean to the hippo, he just wanted to leave and cry on his pillow. Then all of a sudden he saw a meteor tumbling down, it seemed to be heading straight for the small town. He quickly got up and prevented destruction,  but sadly nobody noticed his heroic action. Left feeling just as unhappy, he was surprised to hear a thank you from a small pinky bunny
